It helps to think of ourselves as radio kits--with Morning Pages, we are "sending," with Artist Dates, we are "receiving." With walks, we integrate. A once or twice-weekly walk, as brief as twenty minutes, yields us a sense of direction. We often walk out with problems, and return home with solutions. Artist Dates help us to break free from our negative, sacrificial programming. We learn to be nice to ourselves.
